The Nest is a unique, luxury, hand built cedar cabin where everything provided is of the utmost quality and welfare, finished in shades of dusty blue & yellow with furniture hand crafted from local cedar.

There is all the kitchen equipment you will need - a kettle, toaster, induction hob, mini oven, microwave & fridge (with small freezer) and a dishwasher. Plus pots, pans, crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils, washing up liquid, dishcloths, tea towels, cooking condiments, fresh ground coffee plus various teas, pasta, rice and porridge oats .

Relax and put the kettle on - there's brownies plus tea, coffee & milk.

All your bed linen and extra fluffy Egyptian towels & bath robes are included too.

Keep snug inside with the wood burner (with a generous basket of logs) and watch your favourite box-set - the cabin has Freesat TV with Netflix. or step outside and steam in your private sauna or luxuriate in our Japanese soak tub - filled with fresh water for each use, meaning no nasty chemicals! Step off the veranda into the meadow to your willow diner - with a fire bowl, bbq and outdoor dining furniture. We include barbecuing equipment for you to enjoy some "smoke & sizzle" too! If you fancy just "staring at the stars" then enjoy sitting on the swinging cedar love seat. You will find your stay the perfect way to disconnect - but don't worry, I wasn't going to forget free, fast and reliable WiFi.

You'll find staying at The Nest to be an immersive experience, nestling into the landscape and local wildlife. Features such as the cabins' living roofs, the wildlife pond and beautiful wildflower meadow are dedicated to sustaining our local bees, bats and all wildlife alike.

We pride ourselves on our green credentials and are happy to say we have three electric vehicle charging points onsite for your use too.

Woof! We welcome 2 small dogs or 1 medium sized dog. The cabin has a dog secure, private garden. There's a blanket, towel, poo bags, water & food bowl and a treat for each dog. I will also give you information on dog friendly pubs and restaurants in the area. If your pooch has got a bit muddy on all those lovely walks, we provide doggy towels and have a heated dog shower point located on the side of the site barn.
